Photography of Flowers

Flowers are one of the most beautiful gifts of the nature. As a photographer we always try to capture the beautiful things. Yesterday I visited to the Annual Flower Show 2015 at Alipore Horticulture Society of India. You know friends that I am crazy about photography, so also carried my camera with me. Now I want to share me experience at that place all some tips of clicking great shots of flowers with all of you. Hope this tips will help to click grate images of flowers.
An awesome combination of red & white
[Shutter speed: 1/125 sec;   F-stop: f/3.5;   ISO: 80;   Focal length: 18 mm]
As I said so many times I also want to repeat the same that first of all you should think clicking beyond "Auto" mode in your digital camera. If you are using Canon then there is a particular mode named " Foliage". These mode is particularly developed to click the images of trees, flowers, leaves, such as new growth, autumn leaves or blossoms, in vivid colors. So the depth of the color and vividness is much more than the auto mode. If you clicks some images in simultaneously in these two modes then you can understand the difference easily.
The Beautiful Hibiscus
[Shutter speed: 1/640 sec;  F-stop: f/4;  ISO: 80;  Focal length: 39 mm]
If you want to go another step ahead, you can go for 'Programme'(P) mode, which is the best mode according to me. Because for clicking in this mode you do not need to be a Pro and not need to no know every appropriate settings for clicking in image(which is essential for clicking in 'Manual' mode). So if you have some details knowledge of photography, and you want more customization than any pre-defined mode, then this 'P'-mode is the best option for you. In this mode you will get the total control of your camera in a safe zone.
A nice Rose
[Shutter speed: 1/640 sec;  F-stop: f/4;  ISO: 80;  Focal length: 25 mm]
If you want to click some buds or small flowers then you can also go for 'Macro' focus.  This will rise your image to another level of beauty. Small thrones looks very nice when they are focused via 'Micro' focus. But you should keep the object within 50 cm(1.6 ft) from the lens. And if you can also use a tripod to make the click more accurate.
The Bud...
[Shutter speed: 1/616 sec;  F-stop: f/4;  ISO: 80;  Focal length: 6 mm]
Besides these technical things there are also some others things which you should keep in your mind at the time of clicking a shot. If you are clicking the image of an bright image an light color flower then, you should keep the background dark. Because it make your click more bright. And if you are clicking the image of an dark flower then also try to make the background light. White is the best option if want to customize your background for clicking the image of any dark  flower or tree.
The White Beauty
